CF: Cantina Feliz, 424 S. Bethlehem Pike, Fort Washington, is a festive restaurant serving contemporary Mexican cuisine. It has a full bar and many private dining spaces for 16 - 55 people. Cantina Feliz is family-friendly and has a unique menu for Little Amigos.

UDP: What make’s your community special?
CF: Cantina Feliz is a contemporary Mexican restaurant in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, that serves creative, yet traditional, Mexican cuisine and has a full bar.
The bright, south-of-the-border decor features colorful murals by South Philadelphia Artist Alison Dilworth, bold splashes of bright color, iridescent blue tiles and dark wood accents with sexy lighting, creating an upbeat, inviting atmosphere. The restaurant has a private dining room with a fireplace & flat screen TV, as well as several other private rooms available for business or personal entertaining.
Chef Tim Spinner previously worked with Iron Chef Jose Garces at Stephen Starr's El Vez and then at Garces' first restaurant, Amada. Spinner also helped Garces open Distrito and served as chef de cuisine. Spinner's business partner, Brian Sirhal, served as beverage director at Garces' Distrito and as general manager at Cantina Feliz. Prior to that, Sirhal worked on Wall Street. He left high finance to work at Rosa Mexicano in New York City, to follow his passion for the restaurant industry.
For lunch Cantina Feliz offers a 2-course prix fixe, including soda/iced tea for $13.95. Lunch items are also available a la carte. The dinner menu includes many creative Mexican dishes as well as a whole roasted suckling pig for 4 or more people. A creative "little amigos" menu is available for children. The bar offers more than 50 tequilas, a variety of margaritas and specialty cocktails, 6 rotating craft beers on draft, bottled beers, sangria by the glass or pitcher & more.
