UD Panty Thief Admits to Theft, Stalking, Peeping
Kornwell Chan admitted in Montgomery County Court to stealing a woman's panties and looking up a woman's dress

Kornwell H. Chan of Upper Dublin, has pled guilty in Montgomery County Court to charges of "burglary, stalking, theft by unlawful taking, invasion of privacy and possessing an instrument of crime in connection with incidents that occurred in Springfield and Upper Merion between October 2011 and May 2012," according to a report in the Ambler Gazette.
Chan, 37, of the 1900 block of Audubon Drive, admitted to stalking and stealing the underwear of a Springfield woman as well as looking up the dress of a woman at a store in King of Prussia.
Chan remains in county jail pending sentencing.

"Judge Thomas C. Branca deferred sentencing so that court officials can complete a background investigative report about Chan and so Chan can undergo a mental health evaluation."
He faces a maximum of 16 to 32 years in prison.
