Upper Dublin Triathlon, Later this Month
Beneficiaries include the Upper Dublin Education.

The second annual Upper Dublin Triathlon will be held Sunday, May 19. The event will feature a 350-meter swim in the Upper Dublin High School pool; an 11.2-mile bike race through the Fort Washington Office Park and greater Fort Washington area; and a 5K run through the Temple Ambler campus.
An aquabike event, consisting of the swim and bike portions, is offered for those who choose not to run. A duathlon, consisting of a 2-mile run followed by an 11.2-mile bike race and finished off with the 5K run, is offered for those who choose not to swim.

Participants will have the option to complete the triathlon, aquabike or duathlon as a team or as an individual.

About 350 athletes will be participating; 300 people will watch.
All of the proceeds will be donated to Upper Dublin charities; last year, the event raised almost $20,000.
