How did you get into the insurance industry?
I had a great experience 13 years ago as a customer of the agency. My agent thought I would do a very good job as an agent, so he referred me.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Building relationships with clients and making sure they have the coverage they need at a good price.
What’s something you wish everyone knew about insurance?
When most customers shop their insurance, they are looking for an "apples-to-apples" comparison. This is not always possible because insurance carriers can offer different coverage options. If you shop this way, you might be missing out on additional features and benefits that may meet your needs. When shopping, make sure you are asking agents about these optional endorsements.

What factors should someone consider when exploring their insurance options?
Most carriers give discounts if you pay a policy in full, many charge more if you use a credit card. Make sure to ask about deductible options, and optional endorsements. A good local agent is going to review all of this with you and make recommendations that meets your needs.
What would you tell someone who’s on the fence about getting a personalized insurance policy quote?
Insurance carriers change their offerings and coverage options all the time. It never hurts to get a second set of eyes on things just to see what is out there.
What do you like most about the Wyomissing area?
I like to get out in nature. There are lots of places in this area to hike and explore.
What’s your favorite restaurant in the Wyomissing area?
Judy's on Cherry is always good. A light in the attic is good too. Farmers markets around here are good for quick bites.
What’s one hidden gem in the Wyomissing area that everyone should know about?
Not exactly a hidden gem but for someone new, you have to check out a Reading Fightin Phils game. The Pagoda is a must to check out if you are new to the area.
