According to a report on 6 ABC Action News, the suspects were inside the Giant in Willow Grove for about 45 minutes during both the incident in February and the one earlier this month.
The first time they stole around $4,500 worth of items and the second time they took around $7,500 worth of items, according to the 6 ABC report.
The news station reported that the pair are likely shoplifting in order to support a drug habit. The station attributed that theory to an Upper Moreland police official.
