Dancing Stars Come to Willow Grove, Help a Golfer Tee Off Fore Cause

Victor Smalley and Angel Armas, head instructors of Stars Dance Studio in Miami and the nucleus of Lifetime’s “Dance Moms: Miami,” will bring their contemporary dance know-how to Stars Studio of Dance, 1837 Davisville Road in Willow Grove on Monday from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Smalley was a finalist on the sixth season of the hit TV show “So You Think You Can Dance.”

You can support local golfer Brian Cutler, an employee at Golfsmith in Willow Grove, as he takes on a 109-hole golf fundraiser on Aug. 5. More here on how you can help Cutler raise money for a rare form of childhood cancer. 

Everyone is familiar with storytelling, but what about sciencetelling? Kids ages 6 to 11 and their families can enjoy this fun and educational program Monday at 7 p.m. at the Upper Moreland Free Public Library, 109 Park Ave., in Willow Grove.
