Former Upper Moreland Worker Pleads Guilty To Indecent Assault
The Philadelphia man, who had worked at the Dunkin Donuts in Willow Grove, pleaded guilty in connection with inappropriate actions.
UPPER MORELAND — A former employee of the Dunkin Donuts on Easton Road in Willow Grove pleaded guilty last week in Montgomery County Court in connection with indecent actions against two former female coworkers, both of whom were underage at the time.
Gregory Antonio Roach, 23, of the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia, entered the guilty plea on July 8 in front of Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judge Thomas Branca, according to state court records.
Records show that he pleaded guilty to charges of Indecent Assault Forcible Compulsion and False Imprisonment. Other criminal charges had been dismissed prior to the guilty plea, according to the court docket sheet in the case.

Court records show that sentencing was deferred pending a pre-sentence investigation.
Roach was arrested following a criminal complaint that was lodged against him stemming from late November 2018 incident in which a 16-year-old female coworker said she was sexually abused by the defendant at the Dunkin Donuts at 1035 Easton Road where they had both worked, according to a news report in The Mercury of Pottstown.

Roach was 20 years old at the time.
The Mercury reported that Roach had been fired from his job after another female coworker, this one 17, had claimed he was inappropriate with her as well.
Roach faces a possible maximum prison sentence of nine to 23 months.
