Little Leaguers Fight for Championship, Kindergarten Club Makes Crafts

Technically this isn't happening here, but since it involves Upper Moreland kids, it's worth noting that the junior level of the Upper Moreland Little League will be playing Gettysburg at 10 a.m. today for a chance at the state championship title. Stay tuned to Patch for more on the outcome of the game, or check stats and more here.

The Malvern Institute will present a lecture focused on recovery detailing the spiritual journey through 12 steps. The free event is slated for 7 p.m. and will be held at 240 Fitzwatertown Road in Willow Grove.

Kindergarteners can sing, make crafts and listen to stories on Thursday at the Upper Moreland Free Public Library, 109 Park Ave., in Willow Grove as part of the weekly Kindergarten Club, which begins at 10:30 a.m.
