UPPER MORELAND, PA — A man has admitted to charges of sending intimate photos of his ex-girlfriend to her friends and family members and now faces the prospect of jail time for the criminal acts.

Marc Adam Gorski, 25, of Philadelphia, pleaded guilty recently in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court to unlawful dissemination of intimate images and harassment, both misdemeanors, in connection with incidents that took place in early 2020.

Montgomery County Court records show that Gorski admitted to the two charges on Feb. 17 during a guilty plea hearing before Common Pleas Court Judge Risa Vetri Ferman.

Records show that a background investigation on Gorski must be completed before Ferman can sentence the man.

A report in the Times Herald newspaper states that Upper Moreland Police opened an investigation into Gorski back in late February 2020 after a woman contacted police to say that her ex-boyfriend sent a couple of intimate images of her to her family and friends, and that he had apparently done so to make good on a threat that he would divulge the photos if she did not agree to speak with him after their breakup.
