Retail Theft

On Feb. 20, at 5:10 a.m., police cited Mitchell Moore, 28, from the unit Block of Park Avenue, for retail theft after he attempted to leave Giant Food Store with merchandise without paying for it. Moore put a bottle of Teriyaki sauce and a pack of Kraft single cheese in his coat pocket. The values of the items were valued at $4.78. Moore was released at the scene.

On Feb. 20, at 11:10 a.m., police observed Dennis Sweeney Jr., 36, from the 100 Block of Lenola Road in Moorestown, N.J., make an illegal left turn at the intersection of Center Avenue and Moreland Road. Sweeney smelled of alcohol and failed sobriety tests. Sweeney's breath test resulted in a .16 percent.
