Public intoxication

  • On April 26, at 8:11 p.m., police responded to the 2100 block of Carlson Drive for a report of an intoxicated male. Officers observed Robert Dell, 50, from the 2100 Block of Carlson Drive in Willow Grove, lying in the bushes extremely intoxicated. Dell was placed under arrest and placed in the cell until he sobered up.

Disorderly conduct

  • On April 25, police cited Henry Johnson, 19, from the unit block of Forest Avenue in Willow Grove, for disorderly conduct after he placed a television on York Road, creating a hazard to vehicles.
