A joint Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia County public hearing must be held before the Pennypack Act 167 plan can be approved by the counties and by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP).
The public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, June 14, at the Upper Moreland Township Building, 117 Park Ave. in Willow Grove starting at 7 p.m. The plan is also available to view or download at www.temple.edu/ambler/csc/index.html.
