Regular Closures to Take Place on Fitzwatertown Road
Construction taking place at Fitzwatertown Road, between Easton and Mansfield roads from May 9 - July 29.
Aqua Pennsylvania will close and detour Fitzwatertown Road between Route 611 (Easton Road) and Mansfield Road in Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County, beginning Monday, May 9 for water main installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced.
Fitzwatertown Road will be closed weekdays from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. through July 29.
During construction, Fitzwatertown Road through traffic will be detoured over Mill Road, Route 611 (Easton Road) and Route 263 (Old York Road).

Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area.
Aqua Pennsylvania will complete the work under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
