Behind the Assignment - By Alex Pinguli

Line, the first of the "Elements of Art" is an important ingredient in not only drawing, painting, and sculpture, but also photography. For this first assignment of the year students were asked to photograph objects with line in it. While the picture is composed of many other elements such as color, shape, form, texture, etc., the element of line should be the one that pops out the most.
