Upper Moreland Township is seeking a part-time Building Maintenance Worker to work Mondays-Fridays, 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. daily. Position is responsible for routine general building maintenance. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, building repair and maintenance tasks involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical repair, painting, cleaning, snow removal, maintain building supplies and locksmith work. This position also has the responsibility for the oversight of outside vendors/contractors, supervision of contracts and service work, as well as making routine building maintenance and repair decisions.
