Who's Taking Home Best Picture Tonight?

The Oscars' are tonight.

ABC will be airing the 84th annual Academy Awards night tonight. Coverage of the event begins at 4:30 p.m. with interviews of movie stars as they traverse the red carpet.

According to oscar.go.com, the legendary comedian and actor Billie Crystal will take his ninth turn as host of the Oscars, sharing the stage with a list of distinguished presenters, including Tom Hanks, Angelina Jolie, Halle Berry, Tom Cruise, Penelope Cruz, Jennifer Lopez, Cameron Diaz, Penelope Cruz, Emma Stone and the cast of “Bridesmaids”.

The awards presentation begins at 8:30 p.m. tonight.

So, who will take home the little gold man this year?

According to the Huffington Post, there are several great films nominated for the prized Best Picture Oscar:

• "The Artist"

• "The Descendants"

• "Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close"

• "The Help"

• "Hugo"

• "Midnight In Paris"

• "Moneyball"

• "The Tree of Life"

• "War Horse."

According to the HuffPo article, should "The Artist" win for Best Picture, it would be the first silent film to take home that Oscar since 1929.
