Upper Saucon Township is currently seeking applicants for the position of POLICE OFFICER.
Applications may be obtained at the Upper Saucon Township Police Department located at 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, PA, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, or by clicking here. Deadline for return of applications is 4:00 PM on April 3, 2012.
A non-refundable fee of $25.00 is required when returning completed applications. Applicants are required to be at least 21 years of age, be a citizen of the U.S., have acquired an Associates Degree, or it's equivalent, of which 15 credit hours must be in Criminal Justice or Police Science, from an accredited College or University; OR 2 years of service as a FT Police Officer with proper PA Commonwealth certification, or attain certification prior to employment.
Applicants must pass the Township's entrance examination, fitness test, personal background investigation and polygraph examination. If a conditional offer of employment is extended, the applicant must pass all MPOETC requirements. M/F Equal
