A Center Valley woman is suing her former employer at a trendy Bethlehem salon after she claims the co-owner injured her while being fired.
According to a WFMZ report, a lawsuit filed in Northampton County Court by Hilerie Deutsch claims she was injured after being "involuntarily terminated" from her position at
Deutsch claims that when she went to retrieve personal belongings from her workstation drawer, salon co-owner David McCormack "slammed" the drawer on her left hand. Deutsch claims that the action left her hand with numbness and tingling.

The report also says that Deutsch is suing for $50,000 in damages.
