Driver Freed After Car Flips On Side In Upper Southampton Twp.
The Southampton Fire Company No. 1 responded to the vehicle crash on Street Road Thursday afternoon.

UPPER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —A vehicle crash flipped a car on its side at a Street Road intersection Thursday afternoon, fire officials said.
The Southampton Fire Company No. 1 responded at 12:42 p.m. Thursday to the area of Street Road and Summit Avenue for a reported auto extrication.
Fire crews were assisted by the Feasterville Fire Company, Tri-Hampton Rescue Squad, and Upper Southampton Township Police Department.

Authorities were able to quickly extricate the driver and control scene hazards, fire officials said.
It was not known whether there were any injuries.

There have been numerous accidents along the stretch of Street Road in the Southamptons over the past few months.
In one instance, a vehicle went through the front of a Feasterville restaurant, shutting the eatery for a few weeks so damages could be repaired.
