I am currently a patient at this center. Everyone there focuses on your recovery.

What would you like everyone in town to know about your nominee?

This rehabilitation center focuses on the individual providing hands-on care and encouragement at every visit.

If you could tell them one thing, what would it be?

Thank-you for creating a physical therapy plan that has been critical in my PT journey.
