Fire Reported At Lower Bucks Co. School

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —Six area fire crews responded to a blaze at a Lower Bucks County school Monday afternoon.

The Southampton Fire Company No. 1 and mutual aid companies responded around noon Monday for a reported school fire on the 500 block of Street Road.

Initial crews found a smoke condition in the classroom area of the First Children's Academy.

On further investigation, the source was determined to be from a malfunctioning HVAC unit.

The fire companies included:
