Southampton Days: What You Need To Know
The 51st annual event filled with festivities and fireworks kicks off Monday night and runs through Saturday. See details below.

UPPER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —For 50 years, Southampton Days has provided that touch of summer fun, where kids can go on carnival rides and delight in funnel cakes and fries.
On Monday night, the 51st Southampton Days will keep that reputation intact as it delivers days of festivities that will provide people from Southampton with entertainment close to home while also drawing residents from towns near and far, just to attend the parade or watch the fireworks light up the sky.
"The community definitely looks forward to our week-long event each year," Stephanie Miller, the president of Southampton Days, told Patch. "It has become a family tradition for many. So many people enjoy the parade, in fact, starting (Monday) evening when you look down the pike, you will see people starting to put their chairs out to hold their place for the parade tomorrow on the 4th."

Miller and a group consisting of chairman Andy Pickford and vice president Will Trimarco have worked tirelessly and endlessly to get ready for Southampton Days 2023.
The fair is located between Tamanend Park and Klinger Middle School at 1255 Second Street Pike in Southampton.

One of the highlights of Southampton Days is, of course, the Fourth of July fireworks.
The fireworks display begins at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 4, along with free shuttle buses from the area shopping centers to the fair beginning at 7 p.m. when Second Street Pike closes.
Tuesday, Miller said, is the only time during Southampton Days when there is a general admission charge.
She said the $3 general admission charge includes entrance to the fair, concerts, and fireworks.
Parking has been prohibited at certain places throughout the township for the fair.
Besides the food and rides on the fairgrounds, other special events are planned each day of the week. The fair opens at 6 p.m. each evening and parking is $2.
