Township-Wide Yard Sale Set for Saturday In Upper Southampton

UPPER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA —One person's junk is another person's treasure.

Or that's how the saying goes. And that saying may be the scene at Saturday's township-wide yard sale. This is the opportunity to reduce, reuse and declutter items found around the house.

The sale takes place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. All Upper Southampton residents are invited to participate.

To participate, residents need to register their homes on the Upper Southampton Township Parks & Recreation website, where they can find further details. There is a $5 registration fee, organizers said.

The first 40 homes that sign up will receive a "Yard Sale" Sign for their lawn.

An interactive map with all participating addresses will be posted on the recreation department's website.
