Man Arrested On Child Porn Charges At South Hills Village Target

Police made a disturbing find after questioning a man at the store.

UPPER ST. CLAIR, PA — A Westmoreland County man faces child pornography charges after being arrested Oct. 30 at the Target store in South Hills Village.

Michael Behun, 45, of North Huntingdon, was charged with 15 counts of sexual abuse of children-possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility. He faces a preliminary hearing on Nov. 18, according to court documents.

Behun was arrested when police went to the store receiving complaints regarding a man taking photos of teen and preteen girls there.

When police searched Behun's phone, they found more than 4,000 images of young girls modeling stored on it, and at least 50 images of child pornography.

"Without getting too involved in what was on the devices, it’s disturbing that individuals can consume this info from the internet,” Upper St. Clair police Lt. Michael Lindenfelser told WPXI-TV.
