Troy Hill Man Arrested for Pantsing US Marshal
Robert Flynn, 19, got more than he bargained for when he pulled down a female jogger's shorts on the Allegheny River Trail.

A man was arraigned this morning for allegedly pulling down a US Marshal’s shorts as she jogged on the Allegheny River Trail.
Robert Flynn, of Troy Hill, reportedly ran up behind the woman, grabbed her backside, and pulled her shorts down as she was running on the trail along River Avenue.
The police complaint said that Mr. Flynn ran away shortly afterwards, while the woman chased him and yelled, “Federal marshal. Stop!” She told passing pedestrians to call 911.

The marshal reportedly caught Flynn at an apartment building on Anderson Avenue, where he allegedly lunged at her. She kicked him in the crotch, grabbed his shoulder, and punched him in the face.
Flynn was taken to the Allegheny County Jail and charged with aggravated assault, indecent assault, escape, and giving a false name to a law enforcement officer. Police believe he was involved in a similar incident on Tuesday, when a woman walking down Isabella Street reported a man had lifted her skirt and run away.
