Upper St. Clair Appoints New School Director
Kelly Hanna will replace Patrick Hewitt on the Upper St. Clair school board.

UPPER ST. CLAIR, PA — Kelly Hanna is the newest Upper St. Clair school director. The school board approved her appointment to serve the remaining two years of Patrick Hewitt, who resigned in January.
Hanna, an Upper St. Clair resident for nearly three decades, has been active the school community and helped to pilot and manage the Odyssey of the Mind program.
A public relations and marketing executive, Mrs. Hanna is the Wilkinsburg School District's public relations officer. She also is president and owner of Field of Play Marketing,, a firm that helps brand school districts, former professional athletes, C-level executives, and organizations.

Hanna has been in leadership roles such as president of Pittsburgh Women in Sports and Events (WISE) and past president of the South West Communities Chamber of Commerce. She is also a Champion for Pittsburgh’s Elevated and Emerging Leaders.
Hanna holds an international business degree from The Ohio State University. She and her husband, Gilbert, have two adult daughters – Amelia and Alexi – who are both Upper St. Clair High School graduates.
