Upper St. Clair No. 1 on Top-Performing Schools List

USC tops the Pittsburgh Business Times list for the eighth year in a row.

Upper St. Clair School District is the No. 1 school in the state and in southwestern Pennsylvania, according to the Pittsburgh Business Times.

It's the eighth straight year in a row the district has received the No. 1 ranking. 

The newspaper develops the list based on three years of PSSA test scores in math, reading and science.
