2 Added To Warminster Twp. Municipal Staff
The appointments are to the Warminster Township Parks and Recreation Department and the administrative staff.

WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP, PA — The township made two appointments to its municipal staff, adding a new employee to its parks and recreation department and another to its administrative staff.
Warminster Township named Jai’er Brown as the new Parks and Recreation operations manager. Meanwhile, Jeannine Fielding is now the executive assistant to Township Manager Tom Scott.
Brown will be responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and supervising a wide range of recreation and community service programs and events. His duties will also include scheduling athletic fields, pavilions, and event spaces, as well as managing special projects as assigned.

A graduate of Kutztown University, Brown brings to Warminster Township a wealth of experience in youth and adult programming, facility management, and community and team building. His background demonstrates a strong commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging recreational opportunities and strengthening community connections.
“Warminster Township is thrilled to welcome Jai’er to the team,” said Ken Hayes, chairman of the Warminster Township Board of Supervisors. “His professional experience and enthusiasm for community service make him a tremendous asset as we continue to expand and enhance our growing Parks and Recreation Department.”

Fielding comes to the township as a seasoned executive assistant with more than 16 years of experience in the role. ’ experience in executive support. She previously worked in Warrington Township as the executive assistant/board secretary.
She has also worked for a law firm, wealth management firm, defense contractor, and the federal government.
“Jen is a breath of fresh air, and we are pleased to have her join the team, working with my office and the department heads,” Scott said. “I know that Jen will jump right into this role and bring her ideas and project-minded support to the team for greater efficiencies, which will help the residents feel heard when they are in communication with our office,” he added.
Fielding is also a volleyball coach, and lives in Warrington with her two cats.
