2 Firefighters, Resident Injured In Warminster House Fire
The Warminster Township Fire Department and mutual aid companies battled the blaze on Maple Street on Tuesday night.

WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP, PA — Two firefighters suffered injuries battling a blaze at a Maple Street home on Tuesday night, fire officials said.
The Warminster Fire Department and mutual aid companies responded at 7:42 p.m. Tuesday to a house fire in the 400 block of Maple Street with a report indicating a person possibly trapped inside.
Warminster Police arrived to find a heavy fire with a resident trapped inside the home.

Fire crews found and rescued the trapped resident, who was taken to a local hospital, fire officials said.
The two firefighters were taken to local hospitals for evaluation. The extent of their injuries was unknown at this time.

The fire was placed under control by 8:12 p.m., fire officials said.
The Warminster Township Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the fire.
