3 Domestic Disturbances Lead To Assaults In Warminster
The Warminster Township Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for February.
WARMINSTER, PA — Three domestic disturbances were reported as the Warminster Township Police Department released its blotter of criminal incidents for February.
These are the criminal incidents:
- Officers were dispatched to Planet Fitness for a report of an unresponsive woman in the restroom. An ambulance was dispatched which the 21-year-old woman refused. Her mother responded and took her home. The woman will be cited for Public Drunkenness via the mail.
- Officers were dispatched to Mercer Street in Warminster Heights for a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, a woman stated that the 34-year-old man had struck her several times in the face. The man was taken into custody without incident. He was charged with simple assault. He was arraigned in front of Judge Gaier with bail set at $10,000 unsecured.
- Police were dispatched to Beech Street, for a report of a domestic disturbance. A woman advised that a fight ensued between her and her boyfriend. She showed police officers her injuries and was transported to Doylestown Hospital for evaluation. The 38-year-old man was located in the basement of the house. He was arrested without incident and transported for arraignment before Judge Falcone with bail set at 10 percent of $40,000. The man was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
- Officers were dispatched to Street and Valley roads for a woman who was passed out in a vehicle. A witness had followed the car from County Line Road because she observed the vehicle with a damaged wheel and swerving all over the roadway. The witness put the car in park and woke the woman. The female was unable to perform the field sobriety tests. An officer placed the 54-year-old woman under arrest and transported her back to headquarters. The woman consented to a blood draw and pending those results the female will be charged with DUI.
- Police officers were dispatched to Maple Street, for a report of a domestic in progress. When officers arrived, they spoke with a man who stated his nephew was trying to get in the house and had broken a window and hit the man. When officers spoke to the 22-year-old man it was determined that he was intoxicated. Due to the level of his intoxication, Central Bucks Ambulance was dispatched, and the male was transported to Doylestown Hospital for evaluation. The male will be cited via mail for Public Drunkenness.
