Bank Fraud Under Investigation In Warminster

WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP, PA — The Warminster Township Police Department is investigating a bank fraud that happened late last month.

Warminster Police is asking the public's help in identifying a woman for a bank fraud at the Hatboro Federal Savings Bank at 609 York Road.

Police describe the suspect as a middle-aged white woman, dyed red or purple hair, eyeglasses, black and white floral-patterned maxi dress, and wearing flip flops.

Warminster Police said on Aug. 22 the woman reportedly attempted to access a victim’s bank account information by using a Social Security card and Passport ID bearing the victim’s name.

Police have attached pictures in an attempt to identify the woman.
