WARRINGTON, PA — Warrington Township police are currently searching for the owner of a dog found in the area.

The Staffordshire Pitbull Terrier was found near Palomino and Holly Road on Monday afternoon. He is described as black and brown in color and was wearing a purple collar with no tag. Police believe his name is Barney.

The male dog is chipped, but it was never registered with the owner's info, according to police.
