Fake Gun At School, Domestic Dispute: Warminster Crimes
The Warminster Township Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for March.
WARMINSTER, PA — Two students fought at the Keystone Freedom Academy. Meanwhile, a student brought a fake gun to the Bucks Learning Academy, authorities said.

- Officers were dispatched to Aspen Grove Apartments for a report of a domestic dispute in progress. When officers arrived, they observed visible injuries on the victim. The victim refused medical attention. A 31-year-old man was charged with simple assault and harassment.
- Officers were dispatched to Keystone Freedom Academy for a report of two students fighting. The boys were separated, and a 17-year-old man was cited for harassment with physical contact.
- Police were called to Bucks Learning Academy for a report that a student had brought a gun to school. The gun was determined to be a gun replica. Officers called the 17-year-old's probation officer to put a detainer on him. Officers transported the man to Edison Juvenile Detention Center. The man was charged with possession of a weapon on school property.
- Bucks County Radio Room received numerous phone calls reporting a black SUV swerving all over the roadway on York Road. An officer located a black SUV stopped in the York and Bristol Roads. Numerous drivers pointed the vehicle out to the Officer. When the officer walked closer to the vehicle, he observed a woman who was either passed out or sleeping, slumped over in the driver's seat. When the officer opened the door, he could smell alcohol and observed an open bottle in the console. The officer conducted a Field Sobriety Test, which the woman failed, and was transported to headquarters. The woman consented to a blood draw. The woman will be charged with Driving Under the Influence and numerous other charges pending the Blood Alcohol results.
- Officers were dispatched to The Glen at Bucks Condominiums for a report of solicitors on the property. While responding, another call came in to dispatch from a subject who had video surveillance in her mother's apartment. The subject stated that her mother had let the solicitor enter the apartment while she went to locate a PECO bill. The subject had seen on camera that the solicitor had gone through her mother's purse. When the subject spoke to her mother, she advised that $20 was missing from her purse. After the solicitor left, the woman advised that the solicitor had unplugged the woman's camera as well. Officers located the 30-year-old woman, who was positively identified and released. Investigation to continue.
