A man faces charges for what he said was a mistaken sexual encounter inside a bathroom at the Oxford Valley Mall over the weekend, according to court records. In a criminal complaint obtained by Patch, Middletown Township Police charged Warren Schaeffer, 40, of Philadelphia, with indecent assault with forcible compulsion, open lewdness, disorderly conduct, and harassment.
