Man Arrested In Warminster Burglary: Police

Joshua B. Raub, 39, was charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, theft, and receiving stolen property following a robbery on Thursday.

WARMINSTER, PA — A man is facing charges related to a robbery that took place in a Warminster home on Thursday morning.

Around 12:27 a.m., a woman entered her home, located in the 200 block of West Street Road, when she heard an upstairs bathroom door slam shut. She then went to check upstairs only to find the bathroom window open.

She observed Joshua B. Raub, 39, standing on her roof with items he stole from the house. He then jumped from the roof and fled the scene.

Police were able to locate Raub in a nearby backyard, still in possession of the stolen items.

After being taken into custody, Raub was charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, theft, and receiving stolen property. He was remanded in Bucks County Prison on 10% of $100,000.
