Man Fought Patrons At Warminster Bar: Police
He was arrested after police say he and another man were attacking random people in the parking lot of Crafty's Taproom.

WARMINSTER, PA — A man police say was involved in a drunken bar fight at Crafty's Taproom in Warminster has been arrested for the brawl.
Francis Jay Kochmer, 41, of Willow Grove, is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, public drunkenness and more in the incident, which police say happened on Sunday.
At about 12:26 a.m. Sunday, Warminster Township Police officers were called to the bar, at 355 York Rd., by a report of a fight. Witnesses told them that two men — one of them Kochmer — were in the parking lot fighting and punching random patrons.

Officers took the men into custody. According to their investigation, Kochmer and his friend had gotten into a fight and were kicked out of the bar by security. That's when they started attacking other patrons, causing bite marks, cuts and a dislocated knuckle, police said.
Kochmer was taken to Bucks County Correctional Facility, where he was released on 10 percent of $70,000 bail.

Police did not publicly identify the other man involved in the incident.
