Retail Theft, Robberies, And More: Warminster Twp. Police Log

These incidents and more were reported in Warminster Township. Read all about them below.

WARMINSTER, PA — The Warminster Township Police Department reported several crimes that occurred in the area from April 11 to Monday.

April 11

  • A report of retail theft was made from the Giant Food Store located on the 700 block of West Street Road. Officers apprehended a 58-year-old Warminster woman for the theft of merchandise.

April 14

  • A car crash was reported in the area of West Street Road and Jack Lafferty Boulevard. After investigating the crash, a 33-year-old Warrington man was arrested for DUI and other related traffic offenses.

  • A report of a robbery was made from the area of Juniper Street and Sunnemeade Avenue in the Speed Way Section of Warminster. Police officers checked the surrounding area and were unable to locate a victim or the caller at that time. The investigation is closed pending further evidence.

Monday

  • Police responded to Sportsman’s Warehouse, located on the 900 block of West Street Road, for a report of retail theft that had occurred a few days earlier. The matter is still under investigation.
  • A report of a catalytic converter theft was made from the 300 block of West Street Road. Reports indicate that a Mitsubishi Outlander had its converter stolen. Police are currently investigating the incident.
  • Police were dispatched to the 200 block of Ivyland Road for the reported thefts of two catalytic converters. Reports indicate that an Isuzu NPR HD had its converter stolen. Police are currently investigating the incident.
