What Was Taken During Crimes At Warminster's Walmart?
The Warminster Township Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for March.
WARMINSTER, PA — Two Walmart thefts were reported, including one involving baseball cards. Meanwhile, a mother engaged in a domestic dispute with her son.
Those were two of the criminal incidents reported in the Warminster Township Police Department's blotter for March.

- Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a report of a retail theft. When officers arrived, Loss Prevention advised that an adult female and her juvenile daughter were being held for not ringing up all their purchases of $4,000. The 42-year-old woman will be charged with Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Corruption of a Minor. Childline was also notified.
- Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a report of a Retail Theft. Dispatch advised that Loss Prevention had the subject in custody, and he was cooperating. A 43-year-old man had stolen baseball cards. The man was transported back to headquarters to be processed. The man was cited for summary Retail Theft and was transported back to his vehicle at Walmart.
- Officers were dispatched to Evans Street for a report of a domestic between a 19-year-old man and his mother. The mother had found drugs and paraphernalia that belonged to the man. He was currently on probation, and his mother had contacted his Probation Officer regarding the drugs. The drugs were confiscated and sent to the lab. The man will be charged with Possession of Counterfeit substances and paraphernalia pending drug testing results.
- The manager of Wawa on Street Road phoned Bucks County Dispatch to advise that there was a disorderly woman in the store, yelling and throwing items. Upon arrival, officers were met by the manager, who stated that the woman was attempting to leave the store. When officers spoke to the 21-year-old woman, it was determined she was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The woman was cited for Public Drunkenness and transported home by a family member.
- A woman came into Headquarters to advise of a Protection from Abuse violation. The 57-year-old man had sent text messages to his children, which is a violation of the Protection from Abuse order. A warrant was issued for the male, and he was arraigned before Judge O'Neill, and bail was set at 10 percent of $10,000. The man was transported to Bucks County Prison.
- Officers were dispatched to Ann's Choice for a report of a theft. The victim advised that she was taken to the hospital, and someone entered her apartment and stole credit cards and cash. After an investigation, it was determined that a 28-year-old man had entered the apartment and taken the items. The male was charged with Access Device Fraud and Unauthorized Use. He was arraigned before Judge O'Neill with bail set at $30,000 unsecured.
