Warminster Police Investigating Liquor Store Theft

WARMINSTER, PA — Police in Warminster are on the lookout for two men they say walked into the wine and spirits store on Street Road and stole merchandise.

The two are believed to also have robbed other liquor stores in the area, Warminster Township Police said on Monday.

The Warminster incident happened on Sunday at the Wine and Spirits liquor store at 748 W. Street Rd. Police say the men entered the store and hid merchandise under heavy jackets they were wearing.

Police in New Britain Township reported a similar crime at Fine Wine & Good Spirits in Chalfont on Oct. 26. It was the second such recent robbery at that store, police said.

Police on Monday released surveillance photos of the two men suspected in the Warminster theft. Anyone with information in the case is asked to contact Warminster Township Police at 215-443-5000.
