With all of Warminster's 17 precincts having counted votes, two candidates — Owens and Velenchuk — were exactly tied for a supervisor seat last week. Republican Charlton led the other candidates by at least 400 votes, and seemed likely to secure a seat.
Now, after the Board of Elections met to decide whether to count some final ballots on Tuesday afternoon, Frescatore and Charlton appear to have taken the seats.
