How long has the Warminster Police Department's Roof Leaked?
Warminster Township is replacing the police department building's leaky 40-year-old roof.

WARMINSTER, PA — The township has worked over the years to bolster its police force for Police Chief James C. Donnelly III.
But while more police officers are hitting the streets, they may have wanted to stay in their vehicles instead of returning to police headquarters.
That's because the police chief and company have dealt with lots of leaks from its old roof.

The cost of the project was $160,000, township officials said.
The new roof replaces the station’s 40-year-old roof, which had suffered from interior and exterior damage, age, and frequent leaks during rain, ice, and snow storms.
In addition to the new roof, new insulation was installed, which will help the police building’s
HVAC systems run more efficiently and reduce heating and cooling costs.
“Having a new roof will be a big help to us, eliminating the frequent leaks over our work stations and keeping the building temperature consistent throughout,” Donnelly said. “We appreciate the investment in our building to keep our officers safe and comfortable.”
