Warrant Sweep Nets 10 Arrests In Lower Bucks Co.
The Bucks County Sheriff's Office conducted the sweep Monday, clearing 14 outstanding warrants.
LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —Fourteen outstanding warrants have been cleared, and 10 people are in custody following a sweep by the Bucks County Sheriff's Office on Monday.
Bucks County Sheriff Fredrick A. Harran said Monday that his office "successfully undertook" a warrant sweep throughout Lower Bucks County on Monday.
He said the operation resulted in the arrest of 10 individuals with outstanding warrants in Bucks County and the clearance of 14 warrants. The sweep involved both civil and criminal warrant units of Sheriff’s Office deployed across Lower Bucks County.

The sheriff said that deputies served warrants for a variety of offenses. The operation was conducted in collaboration with local police departments and the Bucks County Courts.
“I’m proud to announce the successful completion of this Warrant Sweep, which underscores the dedication and professionalism of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office. Bringing individuals with outstanding warrants to justice is a critical step in ensuring the safety and security of our communities,” Harran said.

The sheriff said the operation sends "a clear message" that accountability is paramount in Bucks County.
"While this operation has concluded, our efforts to enforce outstanding warrants are ongoing. We will continue to work closely with partner agencies here —and around the country —to keep our neighborhoods safe,” he said.
Individuals with outstanding warrants are strongly encouraged to voluntarily turn themselves in to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office to resolve their legal matters proactively and potentially avoid the heightened enforcement activities associated with future sweeps or law enforcement engagement.
