A 56-year-old Doylestown man faces charges after police say he threatened to shoot people at his Doylestown home Sunday afternoon. Andrew Webster was arrested at his home on Broadale Road and charged with making terroristic threats and simple assault for an incident that resulted in a SWAT team response and a shelter-in-place order being issued for the area.
