10 Judicial Candidates Ahead In The Chesco Primary: Unofficial Reports
Early reports provided by the Department of State indicate that 10 candidates, five from each party, will run for judge in November.

CHESTER COUNTY, PA —Early reports indicate that there will be 10 candidates running for five positions on the Chester County bench.
The top five candidates in each party will run in the general election in November.
With about 55 percent of the precincts in Chester County reporting, these are the top vote-getters in each party.

Democratic primary
- Sarah B. Black: 18.4 percent, 23,271 and 5.9 percent Republican votes, 3,096
- Sheriff Fredda D. Maddox: 16.4 percent, 20,729, 4.7 percent Republican votes, 2,503
- District Attorney Deb Ryan: 16.42 percent, 20,698 Democrat, 4.6 Republican votes, 2,425
- Judge Nicole Forzato: 16.06 percent, 20727
- Thomas McCabe: 13.16 percent, 16,750
Republican Primary
- P.J. Redman: 17.4 percent 8,927 votes
- Judge Lou Mincarelli: 16 .7 percent, 8.762 votes, 2.013 Democratic votes
- Andy Rongaus: 15.97 percent, 8,369 votes
- Don Kohler: 14.52 percent, 7608 votes
- Dave Black: 14.25 percent, 7464.
