20-Year-Old Fatally Shot In Coatesville: DA
Coatesville police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, officials said.
COATESVILLE, PA —A 20-year-old man was fatally shot at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of Community Lane.
The victim was transported to Paoli Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
A second victim was taken to Chester County Hospital where he was treated for a gunshot wound to the leg.

Police said Thursday they are actively investigating the shooting incident that occurred in the 400 block of Community Street.
District Attorney Deb Ryan said Thursday that police are asking the community for help in identifying a suspect.

"This senseless gun violence must stop," she said. "As a result of last night's incident, this young man’s family and loved ones will suffer through the unimaginable trauma of this enormous loss." We send our deepest condolences to them. We are asking for help from the community to identify the suspects in this case.”
