3 Victims ID'd In Fatal Crash After Police Chase In Chester Co.
All three men in the vehicle were killed after fleeing from police.

CHESTER COUNTY, PA — The three people who were killed after their vehicle crashed during a police chase in Chester County last week have been identified by Pennsylvania State Police.
The victims were Larry Wilmer, 36, Devon Hargraves, 35, and Gershad Andre, 33, all of Wilmington, Delaware.
It remains unclear exactly why the men fled, and the investigation into the incident is ongoing.

It occurred on Friday, Nov. 21 in New Garden Township at around 1:30 a.m., on Gap Newport Pike near Sharp Road.
State troopers said they attempted to pull a suspect over after numerous traffic violations.

The driver refused to pull over and sped off, ultimately losing control and crashing into a tree with state police still in pursuit, according to authorities.
Roads around the general vicinity remained closed during the Friday morning commute, including Route 41, with police activity continuing hours later.
