$3K Theft Of Repair Services From Auto Repair Shop: Oxford Police

Police said a customer drove a car away from an auto repair shop in Oxford Borough without paying for the repairs.

OXFORD, PA —A 37-year-old Honey Brook man drove his vehicle away from an auto repair shop parking lot in November 2022 without paying his $3,000 repair bill, police said Wednesday.

Jordan D. Russell of the 200 block of South Third Street, was arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Scott Massey on a charge of theft of services. He remains free on $5,000 bail.

Police said the shop owner and police attempted numerous times to contact Russell to pay the bills. Russell confirmed he picked up the vehicle from said auto repair shop.
