911 Service Went Down In Delco, Not Chesco
Delco Council and West Chester Police have assured the public that 911 services are operational again.
RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — A 911 service interruption that affected several states tonight interrupted 911 calls in Delaware County, but not in Chester County.
Shortly after 7 p.m. Monday Delaware County's 911 Center experienced an interruption with receiving 911 calls, according to Delaware County Council.
Delco council reported around 9:20 p.m. that service has been restored and all 911 lines were again working. They said "the interruption was caused by an issue from a service provider and impacted multiple states."

West Chester Borough Police Department reported no outage, and Monday evening posted on social media that "All is operational."
"As you may have seen, read or heard, there are reports of a national 9-1-1 outage. At this time Chester County Emergency Services are NOT experiencing any problems," West Chester police told residents of the borough and East Bradford Township.
