Accused Chesco Stalker Charged With Following Juvenile: State Police

LOWER OXFORD, PA —A 49-year-old Coatesville man was arrested on charges of stalking a male juvenile from the victims’ place of employment, home, and fitness club in southern Chester County, state troopers said Wednesday.

Dennis Baynard was arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Scott A. Massey in Oxford on charges of unlawful contact with a minor, stalking, corrupting minors, and disorderly conduct.

Baynard posted $10,000 bail on Wednesday and is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
