Altercation In Downtown West Chester Under Investigation

WEST CHESTER, PA— West Chester police are investigating an altercation that took place on Sunday, Oct. 1 outside of Barnaby’s in the 50 block of South High Street.

The incident was on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant where several patrons, specifically one male wearing a Philadelphia Eagles Jersey (Smith #6) and a black baseball hat used cellphones to capture what was occurring.
